"What is the worst pain you've ever experienced in your life?"

For me, it was diabetic nerve pain. I was on 3000mg Neurontin per day at one time and it still did not stop the pain. Now my nerve endings are dead in my hands and feet and I feel numbness much of the time, so that's actually WORSE even though it feels better."


Second worst pain was a Kidney Stone.

Third worst pain was probably a broken bone from smashing the hell out of my foot as a teenager."

I've broken my toe by running into a screened patio frame--it went completely sideways; I've fractured an arm by crashing on my minibike, and the doctor reset it without given me any anesthetic; I've been in a car crash where my face made a hole in the windshield and the car was totaled; and by far, the most painful thing I've ever experienced was every time the dentist had to inject numbing fluid into my gums.
